I made a snafu with my order and thought I ordered two of the Bread and Hummus along with all my staffs orders. Upon calling about the missing hummus I was informed that she must have only heard bread (who orders 24 pcs of bread with no hummus?) sad, I say thank you and end the call. Well the owner showed up a short time later with a whole tray of hummus. Made my day! Thank you Taboon! So thoughtful!
I have had some great experiences at Taboon, and their food is outstanding, but when you have a waitress that doesn’t know the menu, that can ruin a evening you have been looking forward to all week. I will not go into details, but me and my husband ended up with one plate of food, and it wasn’t what he ordered, I never got my food. The waitress could have been new, but there was a lot of miscommunications from our table to the kitchen. I’m disappointed.
I never do reviews, but had to because this place is pathetic.. Had to give 1 star only because I couldn't give 0!!! The last 3 times I have picked up food they have messed up the order or forgot something. I then drive 35 + mins round trip to pick up the food they forgot to give me only to return home to cold food. They never do anything except blame each other, no apology, no we will take care of you, no nothing.. Vowed after the last time not to do it again, but it's on...read full review
