Always too slow. I work just down the road and can only conclude franchise owner has no concern for customer service.Waited too late no in drive through, just to put on hold to order.Waited even longer before giving up and leaving.Don’t waste your time , qdoba is 1 minute down the rd.

Some of my previous experiences at this location haven’t been great (about a year ago), but I’ve been coming lately and their service is so much better. Nothing has been wrong, and everything is done expeditiously. The food is the best compared to a few other locations in the area. Definitely deserves better than an overall 3.4 stars. Huge shout-out to management and employees for being awesome!

Very rude drive through staff. Never will come again
Can not rate food, waited in lobby for 15 minutes, until the manager finally came back off of break, to let us know they do not accept orders indoors, that we have to go thru the drive thru to place an order. Kiosks are broken.

Omg, McKenna was outstanding made me feel I was the only customer there. Made sure my allergy food was in separate bags, also that I had enough of everything. I haven’t had awesome service since 2021. McKenna keep up the good work, your company are lucky to have you. If I was still in the industry service that is you’ll be working for me.God Bless!
