Please please please PLEASE bring back the chili cheese burritos. This one had them so long after the y2k and it's like the only thing I love more than anything! I got 3 of them at least 5× or more in a week :( I'm so sad

Dude told me I couldn’t get sour cream at the window and was a jackass about it. Gave me wrong food again too. They use the robot speaker in the drive through and it gets the order wrong all the time

Every time I go here, it’s always something they have the worst service ever always gotten an attitude made me go all the way around in the building hop back in line for one thing of Cinnabon’s cause I forgot to add it to my order at the window and there was only one other person behind me not even behind me. The service here sucks.
It’s November 26th, 2025 (the day before Thanksgiving) and it is quite obvious that many employees of this Taco Bell called off today.
Having said that, the women who were working here between 6pm-6:10pm on 11/26/2025 were clearly working their absolute hardest and fastest to keep the orders going out. The drive through line was wrapped around the building when I got here, and there were also walk-ins coming in as I waited for my mobile order.
Seriously: pay these girls more. That kind of grit and work ethic at dinner time the night before Thanksgiving is something to be celebrated and recognized. You’ve got some good employees here.

This was the first time I have been back to Taco Bell in a very long time due to always having problems with missing items from my order and no one responding to my complaint on missing items. I wasn’t missing anything. Taco Bell’s food is not what it used to be.

Food from Taco Bell is always good for my stoners, however this location made me pull around to re order, because our AI system thought you ordered one but the AI didn’t even work and a customer service representative modded it in. and the ai couldn’t handle it for my special needs friend then refused to fix it at window I’m just blown away by, incessant need to cut down window service time over actually serving customers proper food

This is the second time the food has been wrong or so messy its almost inedible. The workers are rude, short and even laugh at you. They always have sauce all over the bag and then hand it out with the dirty side to you. Everytime I take the strips off at the order window they end up on my burrito. The quesadilla was so over sauced, and half folded open. You guys took away the review thing so I can't even explain this to the managers.
