I have mixed opinions of this location. Service is very much up and down depending on when your there. Seems like there afternoon/early evening crew is better then there late night crew. True respect to one of the managers there for giving me a fresh crunchwrap, no charge, after unfortunately receiving a very unappitizing one at first. Need more management like in the fast food industry. Lobby, bathrooms, and kitchen seemed to be cleaned compared to other taco bells I've been too.

First experience with the robot drive through. Interesting and really quite effective. Bravo Taco Bell. What's the robots name? Oh and by the way, it is time you quit the BS super deals, Taco Tuesday or whatever only being in Pacific Time!. You can't use those deals with a 3 hour offset!

Drive through ONLY!

Me and my wife drive a semi truck, we walked to order something but the door was locked. There people inside. We called and they said they do only drive through.

We asked if we can walk and order since we have a semi truck and they said no. They were no cars or anyone, only us there standing in front of the store.

Why couldn’t we walk to drive through and get some food?

Lazy workers, bad management! Don’t come here!

I honestly dont know how he has a customer service job being such a miserable old man. Go 5 minutes down fenton rd, and order at the hill rd/ fenton rd location. They put beef in my vegetarian crunch wrap and pretty much ignored every item I customized inside the wrap. I said no sour cream and tomatoes and it had sour cream and tomatoes in as well. 🙄🙄🙄
