Staff were friendly but the food was way below what I expect. Turkey club was made with sandwich bread not artisan roll and the bread was awful.

I don't usually drink or eat at Tim Hortons due to them not serving great non coffee drink alternatives. I recently have visited due to having a gift card. The service has always been friendly and helpful. The food isn't great and that's not this locations fault. Tim Hortons doesn't put cream cheese on their sandwiches which makes them dry. Even when you get just a bagel & cream cheese, the bagel isn't toasted and warm. I personally wouldn't pay for their food. The drive through is not designed for large vehicles.

Their commitment to clean restrooms is a joke... it was dirty, smelled, urinal was out of order and it appeared to have been many days since it's last cleaning. I won't be back.

THE WORST TIM HORTONS EVER! LAZY WORKERS WHO DONT WANT TO MAKE DRINKS AND THEY CLAIM TO NEVER HAVE THINGS TO MAKE HALF THE DRINKS! DONT ASK FOR A ICE CAP BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS CLEANING THE MACHINE LMAO We would rather drive to tim hortons 45 minutes the other way then stop at this awful crappy one. Get new workers for the sake of your company.

Austin, Lyric and Maddy are outstanding employees. I was there to pick up an order and they were just very thoughtful staff that you could see work very hard and love to do their job! I believe the 3 of them genuinely deserve an award/raise after our 1st interaction :)

10 cars in the Drive-Thru, I chose to park park and go into dine. The staff chose to serve every car in the drive-thru and by the time I was walking out they still weren't at the front counter.

Stopped in for a BLT meal. Ordered BLT and I ask to have it cut in half. He ask about payment I said “cash” he said he had no change the cash box was being worked on so I paid with my card.
I wait and get my Coke. He shows up with a bag with my BLT in it and throws a donut in on top. I tell him it’s the wrong donut so he reaches in gets it out and places back in the tray with the other
Donuts and gets the right one. Our BLT is disgusting!!! Old lettuce one piece of bacon broke up and spread thinly on the bun with almost no mayo, and not cut in half.
The bathrooms were FILTHY and the rest of the restaurant nearly as bad. Windows were gross. I’ve spent a lot of time in Canada, have eaten at Tim Hortons for 30 years. This is a new low…. If zero stars were available I would have given all zeros!

I frequent this Tim Horton's. They do have quite a turnover and today they were training a new gentleman. I gave him cash and my change was $7.15. He gave me $7 and asked if I really needed the $0.15.....I didn't need the $0.15 but how are they training people these days? I've never been asked that. Work on training your employees with proper etiquette and customer service.

I’m shocked this place is still in business with how regularly they manage to supremely screw up my order. I don’t think I’ve gotten one correct order and it’s always missing something. Always an argument when I try to get them to fix the problem and own up to their mistake. Joke of a business and I will never be coming back.

The customer service line is a joke. Replied to my email 4 days later and refused a refund for my slimy bluish green egg bagel because I didn’t take a picture of it and threw that nasty disgusting thing out. Joke of a company from top to bottom, not even franchisees.
