My app wouldn’t download, so I asked the cashier to look up my phone number. She said she didn’t know how to do it. I asked if anyone else there might be able to help. She literally rolled her eyes at me and sighed. My 10 yo daughter and I couldn’t believe it...smoothies are great. Customer service needs improvement.
I had an issue with the bananas being too ripe, Alexis brought me two new smoothies to my home, and they were perfect. Thank you for that, amazing customer service.
I ordered online on 1/18 to pick up at 7:20. I got here and they were closed. Called the number twice and the district manager called very apologetic and said someone called in and she was opening tomorrow and would have my order for me tomorrow morning, I said yes please and now today 1/19 I got here 7am when they open and it’s 7:13 and no one is here.
