I ordered online at tropical smoothie. Not sure what happened, but they made my smoothie wrong. I ordered the mango monsoon. They definitely forgot to put the Guava mix in it, which is hard to believe because there’s only four ingredients in this smoothie. I have never once had a bad meal here. Is it a high end resturant? No. But it not McDonalds either. The only rub I have about it; is the turn over in young staff. I get it. It’s hard to find staff and overhead is crazy these days. That said, that I’ve never had a bad meal yet. Granted it’s smoothies and sandwiches. But I truly like the place. The smoothies are my favorite. The PB & Honey Granola is yummm. So many other delicious sandwiches and wraps. Frequent place...

I had a fantastic experience at the Tropical Smoothie on Hill Rd in Grand Blanc! Brenda and Gabe were incredibly polite, courteous, and professional, even though they were super busy. I called because it was my first time using their app and I had trouble finding certain selections. They were very apologetic and took the time to ask what I needed that I couldn’t select.
