The Manger on shift yesterday Oct. 5th, 2024 deserves a raise! She was so professional and upbeat while training the only two workers there during a Saturday rush. Even with other customers being rude, she handled it like a champ.
I personally don't recommend going here, they usually mess up orders, are understaffed for how busy they get, and recently I got two rotten bananas & my food wasn't cooked which resulted in me getting sick. Go to the one by Meijer on Hill Rd, they don't have very many issues.

I had a fantastic experience at the Tropical Smoothie on Hill Rd in Grand Blanc! Brenda and Gabe were incredibly polite, courteous, and professional, even though they were super busy. I called because it was my first time using their app and I had trouble finding certain selections. They were very apologetic and took the time to ask what I needed that I couldn’t select.
Despite my order already being prepared...
