We don’t eat fast foods very often. But usually Wendy’s is better than the others, Except this Wendy’s.
There was a lady that took our order. She can’t be forgotten because of the sound of her voice.
This lady could not have been any ruder or condescending if she tried. Then after she had a hard time getting the order, we waited at the drive up window for a good while. But expecting freshly cooked food the chicken sandwich was warm at best and didn’t come with cheese and no mayo. But had no cheese and 5x the amount of mayo I would think usually comes on the sandwich, the fries were a cold, yes cold greasy over salted mess. The strawberry lemonade was all ice(asked for no ice) and had just a tint of red to it. Had the taste of plain water.
Will never return here. The service and food were absolutely horrible

Wait 15 minutes in a drive through to be told they don't have an item. Put a sign up, don't waste people's time.
They forgot my baked potatoes with my combo order. Bummer.

Food was okay, once I was able to place my order it didn't take very long to get, but they didn't take my order for 8 minutes. The store was dirty and there was trash everywhere. Nobody looked happy to be there and that alone makes me not want to return. It may have just been a bad day for everyone but effort makes a big difference.

My daughter doesn’t like chocolate. I asked if there was a frosty with no chocolate. I was told by the lady who took my order that they are not allowed to tell the ingredients. I said again, I just need to know if one does not have chocolate. I was answered rudely again so I did not order the frosty.
Parking: Parking is right off Saginaw, worried about being hit when backing out of space.
