Manager was caught by me trying to steal 6 dollars from my change. When I asked for a full refund she told me she gets off at 5 I can meet up with her than. She didnt want to give me my money like an adult so I snatched it and I am applying for her job. Avoid at all cost til under new management

This place is crazy. They are grabbing tenders and food without gloves. After touching money. The lobby pop machine is “broken” when asked. “We can’t fix it” that’s the answer. It’s laughable. I’m literally in the lobby laughing at how bad the service and food preparation is. Negative stars would be more fitting.

The food was actually alright. But the service isnt very good at prepping and keeping the line moving insi. Fast food shouldnt take 20-30 minutes to make. Management and team need to restrategize. Im just happy the food was for once warm and not messy. Please do better wendys.
This place has come a long way. I honestly believe that Wendy's has the best fast food. I'm a fan of the chili, baked potato, chicken nuggets that contain good meat, delicious and fresh burgers, I just love this place. Absolutely adore the new frosty flavors and the coated nuggets and the baconator fries. The different lemonade flavors makes it worthy of a drink stop. But I got sick of this bitchy manager and a few unhappy crew. But they hired a ray of sunshine recently that will have be coming back more. She's so friendly and sweet, happy to answer questions and recommend. Shes young and has long dark curly hair, often worn in a braid. Best hire at this location in a long time!

I never leave reviews. But I went in and needed to charge my phone and check my emails because my phone was on 1% and I needed to send a couple of work emails. I was about to get up and order when 4 or 5 of the workers just started staring at me uncomfortably. None of them approached me, they just uncomfortably stared at me for several minutes. It was one of the strangest experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I didn’t get food, I just left because of how weird it was. They awkwardly stared at me as I left the place. Very strange.
