We ordered from Wendy’s and we got it delivered. We ordered a kids meal (toy was not included), a10 piece and 4 piece nuggets that were not in the bag and a chili cheese baked potato that had chili the consistency of soup mixed with greasy cheese and the potato was just floating in the middle of it. We’ve ordered from this location before and things were missing from the order etc. We love Wendy’s but this is ridiculous we paid 30 dollars for a baked potato and kids meal. Never coming back to this location.

This has to be one of the worst Wendy's I have ever been too. Sticky floors dirty tables, dirty bathrooms. The service was terrible, got my order wrong, food tasted horrible, borderline not edible.. damn shame this place is allowed to be in grand blanc or even to be open. Wendy's you should be ashamed of this one.

Worst workers on the planet. I’m in there for DoorDash orders all the time and they work like there on crack. SOOO SLOW and never ask me what I need or what my order is. This is the first review I’m ever giving a store or restaurant in my life so that says something.

We don’t eat fast foods very often. But usually Wendy’s is better than the others, Except this Wendy’s.
There was a lady that took our order. She can’t be forgotten because of the sound of her voice.
This lady could not have been any ruder or condescending if she tried. Then after she had a hard time getting the order, we waited at the drive up window for a good while. But expecting freshly cooked food the chicken sandwich was warm at best and didn’t come with cheese and no mayo. But had no cheese and 5x the amount of mayo I would think usually comes on the sandwich, the fries were a cold, yes cold greasy over salted mess. The strawberry lemonade was all ice(asked for no ice) and had just a tint of red to it. Had the taste of plain water.
Will never return here. The service and food were absolutely horrible
