I love this place affordable! BUT these past few times have been rough. Today I ordered a 20 piece boneless wings. I waited 5 minutes to be even acknowledged. Then, I drove home, opened my food, and 10 of my wings were missing and the others were the song flavors. I called the store 4 times and no response. Quite hungry and disappointed....

Don’t even try to order here. Save time and go to Flint location. It would ACTUALLY save you time. The “16” min wait turned into 45. We have ordered here twice. First time they forgot a fry. This second time they forgot 5 of the 15 piece tender. How do you forget a box of tenders??? They hardly have anyone even inside and they let their phone ring endlessly so don’t even bother calling to ask for refund or a remake.

I came to this Wing Stop location to try this chain for the first time. After placing the order, we were told the wait would be 20 mins. More than 40 mins later, they inform us that they are waiting on wings to be made. After waiting another 15 mins and watching 4 door dash orders be picked up, our wings still weren’t ready….. the place is literally called WING STOP, so how is it acceptable to be waiting 45+mins and our food still not be ready?!!!! i wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, and at this point i don’t even care to try wing stop lol. 0 stars!!!!

Super disappointed i was charged for Louisiana fries didn’t get them. Both orders of wings with the wrong sauces. No ice in the pop machine for my pop. Waited about 35 minutes for the food to be all wrong and i drove all the way home before noticing. I called for a refund and they told me their district manager would reach out to me to refund me the store can’t? Uh? I just want my money back :(

I waited to visit this establishment after opening and I'm very disappointed. The chicken is frozen and there's a weird smell while in this place. I waited approximately 25 minutes for my order. When I got home I ended up throwing my meal away, it was so gross! There going to make someone sick and these kids don't care.

Terrible experience. I had burnt food and extremely cold fries, the workers kept cussing. and one of the seats had a strange stain, that didn't smell good. and on top of that it took too long. Don't recommend this place, I recommend Wendy's or McDonald's or Burger King.
Greeted immediately when I walked in the door, very friendly, offered suggestions and fast paced. Food smells delicious and I’m never disappointed when I come here
