The coffee was delicious! We got two different drinks and enjoyed both of them very much. We loved making this a stop along our drive and got a sticker to remember of many of the landmarks along this part of the UP to remember it!

Ideal spot for a latte if you're heading into or driving out of Pictured Rocks from the east or just in the area enjoying Lake Superior. Talk about photogenic! The spot and the great staff are very engaging. Lots of smiles and friendly chat while they are making excellent espresso drinks. Even have a small store with souvenirs and such and pasties seem to be available later than early morning. A few morning baked goods as well.

Discovered this little place on our way out of town. Atmosphere in there is so nice. We came right at 8 AM when they opened and there was already a line, but our order did not take long. Had a caramel white chocolate latte, and I’d have to say it’s the best one I’ve ever had. First time having a breakfast pasty (forgive me if I spelled that wrong), in fact, first time having a pasty, but it was delicious. Just when I needed it, something savory in the morning. Bought a book there too. This will be a regular stop on our trips to Grand Marais.

The long story- this place was so great that my mother in law left her wallet there just for an excuse to come back the next day 😂.
Only half kidding. But she did forget her wallet. I got in touch with the owner. And they were so excited to see us the next day with hot cinnamon rolls ready for us. You guys are awesome!
