Okay the food is actually on point. Id recommend the French dip but you may have to remind them you want the aujou (or however you spell that) sauce you dip it in. The service however wasn't so great. The lady on the phone kept saying hold on while I was placing my order and kept saying I don't think we offer that. I didn't mind until I got there to pick up my food and was standing there waiting, nobody in front of me mind you for at least 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. There was a worker in front of me answering the phone the whole time and made eye contact with me a bunch but continued to answer the phone and not say anything to me. It would have been nice if she couldn't assist me she had asked one of the 4 other ladies in the kitchen to at least. I'm not scratching this place off my list yet because the food was good. I just wish they could get a little more customer service training or something in there.

I grew up in Bailey and went to school in Grant. Every chance I got I went to Andreas. Since I move to Grand Rapids I tend to only come to Grant around once a year. When I do visit I always try to go back to Andreas when I can. Probably my favorite pizza restaurant. There is another place in Kentwood I like to go to, I won't name, both places are excellent.

As always, we got great food, and the new employee was nervous (first day), but she did a great job. They were very busy, and the manager was hopping to keep the orders going out the door.

We’ve been here several times and the pizza is always good, nothing special, but fresh and well made. When we came in today we were greeted and paid like normal and then they had to open every single box to locate our order. There was a box of cheese breadsticks just sitting out in an open box and I’m pretty sure those are the ones we got. They were clearly old with bread that was starting to dry out and the cheese was hard. There was no organization in the kitchen, the one adult looked like they hated their life, and we were presented with a huge political signs display and solicitations for donations for those political parties. It was clear that more effort was put into that display than running the business today. Hopefully just a bad day, but disappointing enough for us to drive the other direction for another pizza option.

Pizza dough was undercooked. A few pepperonis. Cheese and sauce never meshed. Maybe I went at wrong time. But definitely wasn't impressed below average.

To the dismay of my family, on Saturday, Oct 12, 2024 at 1PM, not open at the hours posted by website or Google maps. Also not answering phone or able to leave messages. Oddly, the building was lit and looked to be open, just wasn't. Will try again perhaps if open hours match my schedule. Disappointing.

Our new go-to pizza place! Definitely the best in the area.
