This was a fun stop for my family, as we had other supper plans, but the place we were going to go was closed. Lots of fun things to look at in the building, friendly service, but the real highlight is the food! The spicy BBQ burger was huge, well presented and delicious! The side of sassy slaw went along beautifully with it. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals tremendously as well. My nephew claimed it was the 2nd best grilled cheese he’s had in his 7 years of life. The staff was friendly and prompt. Would absolutely return to try more of their delicious looking menu.Parking: Small dirt lot on the side of the building, if they were busier, parking may be difficult.Kid-friendliness: It appears as your hometown bar upon entry, but the entire staff and crowd was welcoming and accommodating to my 6 and 7 year old niece and nephew.
Went to old iron to have few drinks and to play pool....sat there for about 10 minutes and waiter walked by several times and never greeted us or even acknowledged us. (Side note they werent that busy)I was about to go up to the bar and ask if this place is self serve? It sure looked to be self service if no one waits on you. Has good pulled pork but terrible terrible customer service. Won't be back for casual anything. Not the first time this has happened.

Ate here for the first time. Funky fun with incredible food (pulled pork tacos) and to die for dessert (deep fried brownie with ice cream) with fantastic service and personalities make this rustic place so worth a visit. I will be returning with friends and family to enjoy some more taste of this great bbq with a twist.
Went during lunch on Sunday. Wasn't very busy. Bartender was friendly. Looks like a good Friday or Saturday night spot for drinks. Definitely worth it for the food anytime. Pulled pork was good. Blueberry, Bourbon BBQ sauce was amazing. Applejack mustard was just as good. smoked wings looked awesome. Sides were great.
Out of town and stopped in for lunch. Brandy was very friendly and sweet. Ordered a sandwich with pulled pork, ham, bacon, bbq sauce and horseradish sauce and it was phenomenal. The cole slaw was the best I’ve ever had—be ware of the kick it packs. Left with deep fried peanut butter deliciousness thanks to Mike. If ever back in this area I will definitely stop by.

Always a super long wait. Gave it a few chances and never waited less than a hour for food. Tonight when I went we were the only table waiting on food and took a hour for 2 burgers and wings. All of which had a very funny taste to them, the burgers tasted burnt and the wings had a ton of fat for being boneless. Sad cause I like to support local but probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Was shocked that a cut up not mixed salad took the longest meal to get out to the table. The jumbo wings, no more meat than a regular wing and over fried, was dry and bo flavor. The boneless wings with parmeasan flavor were good.
