My issue is the manager. His team is struggling and all he does is take money. No matter how slow the restaurant is he doesn't help. He could remove plates, refill drinks, talk to customers, clean tables. We waited too long for food and he doesn't manage. He stands there. He seems like his parents gave him a store and he either doesn't want to lower himself or he doesn't have experience. He's nice enough but ineffective.
