Waited 40 minutes for a mobile order, never received it, cancelled the order and was still charged. Tried to contact to resolve and couldn’t get a response.

I do not know where to begin. My coffee order takes a bit of extra work to get right and before I even get to the counter they r already workin on it. Despite the conditions they work under, hello! Come on 1 coffee brewer? Nikki is a stand out wish I cold remember all their names cause no matter how short staffed they carry on like the true professionals they truly r!!! Thx to u all for gettin me down the road and to work on time rebecca

My husband and I have been coming to this location every single day for about 7 years. Idk wth has been going on, but the last few times we've been there, today in particular, whomever made our food and coffees, screwed the ENTIRE order up. I get a caramel craze, my husband gets an iced coffee a certain way, and we also got the ham & Swiss pretzel bites with no mustard. He gets home, there's mustard on out pretzel bites, no caramel in my caramel craze, and no sugar in my husband's coffee. Call the store you say? I'd love to! However, the store phone isn't working. If I don't to into the store, our coffees are not right. I'm just over this. We live a little over 15 minutes from this location. We continue going because, well, idk why anymore. This is irritating and just ridiculous. How do you not put caramel in a CARAMEL CRAZE!?!?!

This Dunkin used to be the best. Over the last year they decided to start charging you if you don’t want ice in your drink. Which is crazy because you don’t get charged for not having ice in a hot drink. The line is always sloooowww and half the time they forget to put the flavoring in my drink. Time to go to the little coffee shop downtown.

What can I say other than Dunkin is always going to be the best coffee around. I stopped there at about 10:45-11ish and my lunch break. Need a quick pick me up & Nikki did such an amazing job at getting me what I ordered quickly and correctly. She did her job with such pride and you don’t see that often these days. Good Job Dunkin Keep Her you got A GOOD ONE ☝️

Disorganized. Waited inside for 10 min tried to go through the drive through, same thing. Didn’t order, just left. They said they were short workers. There were two folks behind the counter and at least two more working the gas station. Not sure how the work is distributed so not much I can say. 1st and only experience there.
