The driver took a long time getting my pizza out of the car. Looks like it’s because they tipped over. At least she was friendly when she handed me this sloppy mess like nothing happened. Glad I tipped. I called and told them what happened. They refunded my money. So I am going to change my score from a 1 to a 2 star.

Very interesting how your in store payment system works . Canceling the payment if you select no for the suggested tip. I SPENT MY OWN GAS TO DRIVE UP WHY SHOULD A TIP BE FORCED!!! I will never return.

My husband and I had our last pizza here last night. We have been coming for years but the quality has been declining. I don't know what they did but this pizza was so wet that you couldn't pick it up. It was so bad that we both said never again. We'll order from Michigan center from now on. This was their last chance with us.

Pizza was way too greasy! Left a pool of grease in car where it sat. Wouldn’t do it again, taste wasn’t good, very soggy from grease.

My 6inch Italian sub was overcooked. Didn't enjoy it. Ordering online and pick up was easy. Unsure if I would order a sub again from this location. Found it expensive for my budget.
I went to the Brooklyn location this evening, picked up a carry out order for a friend. The first thing I noticed was how clean and picked up the customer area was along with the kitchen. I was greeted right away by s gentleman in the kitchen working hard(9pm Tues). Nevertheless, he did a great job and was very polite.
