My 6inch Italian sub was overcooked. Didn't enjoy it. Ordering online and pick up was easy. Unsure if I would order a sub again from this location. Found it expensive for my budget.

I went to the Brooklyn location this evening, picked up a carry out order for a friend. The first thing I noticed was how clean and picked up the customer area was along with the kitchen. I was greeted right away by s gentleman in the kitchen working hard(9pm Tues). Nevertheless, he did a great job and was very polite.
It's quick and easy, you can sit inside, stinks the ice cream side closed down. But it is what it is.

Received a delivery after ordering online and it was wrong. When I called the guy he gave me a credit to use at a later time.Fast forward to the idiot manager that said, "sorry I don't see it, nothing I can do" It was $5.Great management and customer service at the Grass Lake location. It's a joke!

Ordered Marcos and paid online like we always do and never have a problem. Went to pick up the pizza and was told by the person that I owed 5 cents. I told him that's impossible, I paid online. He rudely tell me I owe the money and again I tell him I don't as I paid online. He keeps telling me I owe the money and I told him I don't have 5 cents on me. He says, well that's what you owe. I asked him if he was really going to let an 80.00 order get cancelled over this. He tells me, If that what you want to do. I found 5 cents in the car and gave it to him. This is absolutely ridiculous and he shouldn't be in customer service if he has no idea how to interact with people. I will buy pizza from the locally owned pizza place from now on. Marcos has lost this customer!
Pizza was way too greasy! Left a pool of grease in car where it sat. Wouldn’t do it again, taste wasn’t good, very soggy from grease.
