We had a group of 9 ladies rent the igloos! They were so friendly and helpful during that time. When we got there everything was ready and set up perfect. Our server Michael was amazing and so good! Loved how he interacted and joked with us! He was awesome! Food was very delicious and all of that will make me come back for sure!

Taco Thursday advertised on Facebook with photo. Called store asked what came on Tacos, come as pictured with chicken or pork for $3, beef $4. Ordered 9 Tacos for carryout, no pico de gallo on any of Tacos. Contacted store, spoke to Ms T. She stated “that is just a picture, you need to be specific what you want on the Tacos.” Not pleasant, not the first experience with attitude, tacos not as pictured. Would not recommend …. Disappointing.

Food is great but they shrink the portion sizes and raise the prices and the last time I went there I walked in to be seated and no one even approached us for 5 minutes so we left
Ist timers for my hubby and I. They had a Founders event (which we are big supporters of) and what an amazing place! Taylor, Matt and Ava come to mind of creating an amazing experience. But not only them the customers were like family. What a great experience! Will definitely be back because of 1) customer service 2) quality 3) atmosphere 4) they support Founders 5) customer culture and 5) all of the above x5

My husband and I stopped off at Prates Place in Grass Lake on our way to Kalamazoo, and we’re so glad we did. It’s located in a cute downtown area with great charm and ambiance. We chose to sit at the bar, where the owner chatted with us and made us feel truly welcomed—you can tell he takes pride in offering excellent customer service.
The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, with great options that go far beyond your typical bar menu. The whole place has a fun, craft-cocktail vibe while still feeling warm and inviting.
Highly recommend this charming bar-restaurant—what a great find!

It took us awhile to come after they opened because we saw the menu on line and we thought the menu was too small and pricy. We Love Rocky tops! Which we hit every Thursday, But We've been eating here regularly lately for some reason even though our thoughts about the menu have not changed. We both have some dietary restrictions me mkstly and so I can't eat 85% of the menu and so I will go somewhere I know I can eat for sure before some place I know I'll only be able to get 2 things. I'm not to keen on the BBQ sauce and that they only have the one. Which is why we don't order a lot of smoked food their. My husband loves his variety of BBQ sauces and does not like ketchup and he says that's all he tastes in it so he won't order anything with BBQ sauce, so we avoid it all together. I'm not a fan of the chicken it's very dried out but I've found that to be a problem at every smk house. With exception to the wings. Over all the restaurant is very nice! Small but nice and friendly. I'll be back just not as often.
