My girlfriend and I stopped here, and the gentleman who helped us crafted the best sandwich we’ve ever gotten. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The customer service was amazing. That sandwich cured my hangover and made me a better man!
I love Subway food and the convenience of the Grasslake location and most of the employees are great. Lately the vegetables have been sitting in frozen bins with the vegetables partially frozen. The staff says the health department is fine with it. Although food safety is most important, I won't be back because the frozen vegetables turn to slime when they thaw on the sandwich. I will visit the other location a little further so I can have a crisp and not slimy sandwich....
Jackie is awesome. She made my sub very well without skimping on anything and was very polite and courteous the whole time. She even made sure to wish me an excellent day as I was walking out the door. Definitely the best subway I've visited.
