Labor Day, extremely short on help. Waited 30 mins to order. Seemed the three people working were doing their best, but the manager on duty was doing nothing as far as anyone could see. Never came out, apologized or explained. Walked around with no urgency what so ever. Maybe some extra training wouldn't hurt. 4pm Compliments to gentlemen at the counter, he was doing his best to keep the damage to a minimum.

Whoever just took my order was beyond rude and unprofessional. You work at a truck stop, it’s going to be hard to hear and repeating an order should not cause that much of an attitude.

Swung in on 4th of July with family. Food was great but costumer service was aweful. The lady with black hair working the front obviously did not want to be there. Her attitude was terrible and when asked for more she simply threw it in the bag and gave us a glare. I understand you may not be the happiest with your job but at least make an effort.
