My girlfriend and I ate here. Keegan was amazing! Shift lead was extremely rude. I hope the boy gets a raise though!!
We both work in restaurants and are fully aware that we should be out at the latest 5 minutes after close. No need to have SUPER loud and passive aggressive, one-sided conversations to make us want to leave. You're better off being nice. From experience, if you want someone to leave, being rude will make them stay longer to spite you. Hope you have a nice self-finding journey in 2026.

Only go to arby once and awhile and the one thing I wanted was a shake and yet can't get one starting to think there turning in to a McDonald's when it comes to shake machine.

Chris and Teagan waited on me. They were awesome and very friendly at the end, Josh came out and he was equally as great. He was the manager on shift and I told him about how good Josh and Teagan were. Josh went out of his way to make sure I was happy.

There is a worker at this location named Jacob. He is INCREDIBLY rude and needs a reality check by management. Threw our sauces at us even though my husband was being SO polite to him. I asked him if he was feeling ok and he just slammed the drive through window shut in our faces without giving us the whole meal. The food was NOT edible. $30 down the drain.

Today this gas station Arby's was slammed by the ice storm everyone around surrounding areas is at this gas station getting gas and food The counter worker was busting her booty taking care of the counter and drive thru she was amazing Lady in back making sandwiches too Felt bad as they had another co worker that was in another world but the 2 ladies cranked

Went there on 3/12/25. Special request on how I want my sandwich prepared and they ALWAYS accomodate! Jacob was my cashier and engaged in conversation and didn't make me feel like he hated his job...which is hard to find nowadays! Great Job evening crew! You all were awesome!

Every single time I'm here it's the longest wait around. 20-30 minutes for a 4 piece mozzarella stick. Crazy
Charges 2 times in a row. Only found out this from the bank. Will not be back.
