The night shift manager working 10/01/25 is FANTASTIC! she’s always super friendly and helpful everytime i come in. I can’t remember her name but she has black hair and some tattoos. I really hope she sees this so she knows how appreciative i am!! by far the best fast food customer service i’ve ever had.
I hope you give them all a raise. Cleanest burger king I've been to. Food was fresh. And by far the best service I've had at a fast food place. You should keep the churros permanently, too. Just saying.
I'm usually not 1 to post reviews. But after my experience tonight. That I'm still shaking from. First I would like to point out the 2 boys on front counter and the 1 young man in grill a plus team. Way to pull things together when your I guess Manager Juan was having quite the temper tantrum cursing at guest and just being real nasty. It's very sad when a 15-16 year old kid is having to calm his Manager down. Excuse me what this is the Manager. Unacceptable...
