Be prepared to wait. The drinks and the staff are amazing but I not sure how the process goes to order. Even when I order on the app a half hour prior to being in the store, I still have to stand and wait for my drink. Not complaining but they have the drive thru taken care of right quick and I'll watch cars pull in, order and leave with their goodies before I get my drink that I ordered online 30 minutes prior. They could work on that.
Well done grayling location. This school year ive received tremendous service and hardly have to wait for my mobile ahead orders. A few minutes here and there when busy which is understandable. A completely different experience then last year. Bravo
This is a great location! The gas station is directly in front of the sign so it can be interesting to see that. The people who waited on me were fabulous there were 2 dunking donuts employees, I bought a frozen coffee drink, that I didn't love. But the donuts were fresh, great tasting and totally makes me want to come back for more! I got a box of the little popper donuts the Boston cream and jelly filled. They are addictive! Can't wait to go back and try other items.
