Customer service was phenomenal and very attentive. The food was not that great and could use a revamp or overhaul. Almost kept me from coming and and after ordering the poutine and pizza was not impressed. Atmosphere was in the process of being improved and offered a few tvs to watch sports on.

Where to start… we went in and no one greeted us until we asked. They told us to sit anywhere then didn’t bring a menu or silverware, we had to ask after several minutes. I ordered a raspberry mojito with lime (from their menu), they didn’t have all the ingredients and asked me what syrup I wanted instead and said they had cranberry. They brought me back definitely not a mojito… a cranberry juice and gin with lemon. There were several items we wanted to order that were not available. We finally ordered chicken strips and a fried chicken sandwich with the tornado fries. It was something like $14 for the fried chicken sandwich, which ended up being a frozen chicken patty with a piece of lettuce and a tomato. We joked that we could have gotten that at the dollar tree. The chicken for the chicken strips was okay on the inside, but the fry on it was extremely burnt like the oil was old. We also got mozzarella sticks which had the same overdone fry and was served with what tasted like low fat kraft ranch, it was very runny and not good. When we were ready to leave nobody came to bring us our bill we had to go up to the bar and tell them to cash us out. It was over $60 for this sub par food, we could’ve gone somewhere much nicer with better/real food for the same cost and better service. The atmosphere was boring. Lights were dim, tvs were off, we went in the middle of the week so there wasn’t anything exciting going on. We won’t make this mistake again

I don’t even know where to begin this review!!!! If I could leave negative stats I would. I really hate saying bad things about bars and restaurants because I work in the industry and know how tough it is. First off, they got rid of their entertainment stage and karaoke. Secondly…….probably most importantly, the food! The food is absolutely horrible! I ordered a meat lover’s pizza for $15.99 and guess what?!?! This place puts a whole new spin on it’s not delivery, it’s DiGiorno. Why?!?! Because they sell DiGiorno pizzas and claim them to be their own! I felt horribly tricked when I went to pick up my pizza and found out that it was a frozen pizza!!! Here’s the kicker……they supposedly ran out of pizza boxes, so they gave me the pizza, which I ordered to go, on the pizza pan wrapped in wax paper!!! Are you serious about this?!?! You can’t make this up! I would have never spent the money for a frozen pizza had I known it was simply that….a frozen pizza! Shame on the owners/management for selling overly priced frozen pizzas! I honestly feel bad for the wonderful staff there because I’m sure they get a lot of backlash from people mad about getting sold a frozen pizza and frozen VanDeCamps fish!!! You would think you would want to take a little more time and pride to make your restaurant good!
