We frequent this establishment for dinner. Having tried almost everything on the menu I've never been disappointed. Everything comes out hot and fresh, cooked correctly to order. The wait staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Owners are typically in house as well helping where needed and checking on guests. Highly recommend this place!

It’s your classic redneck bar from what I can understand. I only came in to pick up a pizza, but I will say that pizza was absolutely delicious and the staff was very kind as well as were all the people in the bar telling me how good the pizza was and then I did good going there. Overall, the place was super fun and amazing.

New owners have really stepped up this beloved club. We used to go because we missed the lovells area and the river view, now we go because the food is just too damn good! Way to go Riverside!

We were traveling from western side of Michigan to Alpena and Rogers City for the weekend. From the road, the building doesn't look like much. As you walk inside, it's a very large and expansive restaurant with a bar. Then you go outside and they have several levels of deck.. I think there were three levels that stretched out towards the river that ran along the back of the property. In the trees that were canoes supposedly left there from the river flooding over but I think it was really just decoration. But it's really cool. Sat outside on the deck. Nice weather so it was very comfortable. I had the grilled cheese sandwich and it was tasty and delicious- great cheese to bread ratio (2 slices cheese, thin sour dough bread). My friens had salads that were quite sizeable. One had shrimp and the other had a chicken breast added to the salad. They were happy with the cook on their proteins.
The flowers around the decks and building were still well kept and lush, even though the high season has passed. The server was very sweet and accommodating.

It's a refreshing and much needed change in the community. Good food and a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are wonderful and caring along with their staff. It's great to have a place close to go for good food! We also love how they are giving back to the community! Keep up the good work!

What a great bar restaurant! The location is wonderful. It's on the North branch of the Au Sable River. You can sit outside on the patio, down by the river or inside ( but why would you with a seat right on the river) The food was excellent! Very good and large portions for the price!
