It's been years since I went to McDonald's. I went inside to use the facilities and place an order. 1st point: The automated order board? -not so good. Confusing. Complicated. Especially for an older person without a cell phone. So I waited for counter service. I could hear the activity for the drive thru, but it took ten actual minutes for someone to come up front. 2nd point: Almost $20.00 for three breakfast sandwiches,a senior coffee and a milk?

There were a bunch of people working but service was slow and waited long for food than expected.
Horrible! Asked the girl that handed me my food for a mayo packet and she THREW it on the counter and said ‘you need to order it with your food’! WTH VERY Slow mover with a terrible attitude! Waited 15 minutes for a simple breakfast order. Oh and my order was wrong, I ordered a chicken biscuit and got a sausage McMuffin!!

This is the slowest McDonald’s ever. What happened to when they were required to have orders put in 1 minute or less from time of order being placed? Always slow, inaccurate packaging, and food is just tossed together looking terrible with other liquids all over the wrapper.

I literally never leave reviews but as someone who works in fast food this place was really disappointing. The lady taking the order was genuinely so annoyed that I didn’t use the app and she had to take our order like it isn’t her job??? plus she messed up our order. When we pointed out the mistakes she was so unapologetic and seemed mad. Also the fries were cold. this place sucks bro
