What happened to my favorite morning drive-thru lady? She was the best! Suddenly shes never there! I've been driving through on my routes and it was always nice to see her smiling face. Bummed out. Service used to be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but now... y'all suck

No matter what time of the day I go to the Grayling Mcdonalds and order apple pies they are always out and ask if I want to wait 12 minutes. You would think when they are getting low they would put more down to have them ready. They always have the strawberry ones so why can't they always have the apple ones??

We stopped for lunch on Dec 31 to wait out some heavy snow. Our lunch was picked up by another family. Before the parents realized, the kids started to open/eat our food. The McDonalds workers quickly remade our food. Our new food was brought out quickly. Fresh. Hot. Good experience here. Staff was friendly and courteous. Bathrooms were clean.

Fiancé stopped at 10:30pm for a coffee, waited over five minutes for them to finally get it, then top fell off and spilled coffee all over!

I only get Frappe's. I don't like the food anymore. It's not good like it used to be. Plus it is never fresh. Every time, its cold and has obviously been sitting out. And it doesn't matter which one you go to, there always dirty and the staff is rude
Special orders aren't done right. Just because I asked for no lettuces I get attitude from workers They then put the sauce from the sandwich not in the middle but off to one side and it oozes out the side. Do not go here
