This store was very well-organized and easy to navigate. Everything was clean, the shelves were stocked neatly, and it was simple to find what I needed. Staff was polite and checkout was fast.

Overall a good place to stop for a quick bite. After a few visits during my week in Grayling I noticed very inconsistent meal preparation, especially around portions for fries specifically in the late afternoons & evening time. They either served filled and fresh, or cold and not filled up alk the way (Medium was half empty). Staff are friendly, and overall this location is clean and reliable. Consistency could definitely be improved in the later times of day.

A nice McDonalds to eat at. I was able to set up and do some work in it and every employee that walked by said hello. One even brought a refill for my coffee.

This McDonald's in Grayling was phenomenal! I'm so glad they had semi truck parking. Thank you to the owners and staff for being a definite blessing to me me while I was traveling through your area. I can't say enough the food was fresh the service was top notch and they even made me fresh coffee.... Thank you staff you are awesome!!!...

Went through the drive through with one person before me. I ordered one sandwich, was told to pull up and wait. Sat there while nine people behind me left with their food. After ten minutes I went in. After standing at the counter for five minutes, I was asked what I was waiting for, told them, and they didn't have it. So I had to wait for them to make another. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. Terrible experience and will not go back.

One of those MCDs that feels like your Grandma is running it. People there care about your food. There aren't too many like this.
Cold old food, and messed up on my order I didn't get half my food, and the food I did get wasn't correct, worst food/service I've ever seen.

The place was full of young workers who did not care weather or not the food was made properly and definitely don't pay attention to the timer on their warmers. The burgers were drier than leather and the chicken big Mac was even drier. Hands down the worst fastfood place around. And since when did McDonald's become a daycare center? Never again will they get my service nor anyone that I know. I will be sure to get the word around this small town to let everyone know that Burger King is the better choice. Y'all just need to close your doors and stop taking peoples money for that trash
