We have ordered carry out from this Pizza Hut a few times in the past few months. Order was always correct, hot, and the worker we encountered was excellent. I wish I knew his name but he was a tall blond young man and was extremely polite, nice, upbeat, and helpful, every single time we went in.
Absolutely horrible pathetic customer service. My wife and I along with my best friend and his wife all ordered at the same time. 45 minutes later we got our food and they didn’t yet no one came to our table to check on our drinks and give any kind of explanation. I have never seen my wife get angry in public until today and I can guarantee we will not be back. Very disappointed in the Grayling Pizza Hut. With the current weather conditions Grayling and surrounding areas are dealing with Pizza Hut-Grayling decides it’s a fantastic (not so much) idea to stay open. 🤦🏽♀️ Clearly money is more important then the safety of their staff members. Unbelievable!
As someone who works in an ER at OMH and is working during this blizzard people need to stay off the roads and if that means closing a business early so everyone stays...read full review

Pizza Hut is a clean and welcoming restaurant. The staff provide excellent service and are real friendly. The restaurant offers a variety of pizzas, which are great, along with wings and breadsticks. Parking is available and convenient. The food is all good and can be ready very quickly.
