Food was kinda dry this last time I went. Great brisket just really hard to swallow cause of how dry it was. Barely anyone there which made for a quiet meal but the food was not real good like it was before and service was just standing around.

Stopped in for a lunch on a business trip, it was so good we came back the next day. The wings were very good, the brisket sandwiches were enormous and generous, and the ginger beer has a fantastic kick. Service was exceptional and the view outside was nice, even with the snow. Can't wait to go back when I'm in the area!

Why would anyone dine at Rays!?
Lack of vegan entrees. Server was totally unaware of our needs. Food took way way too long. Fries were too crispy( over cooked
).

We had a wonderful meal when we stopped by on our drive. Our waitress was excellent, so friendly and helpful with choosing food and beverages. The food was delicious - we enjoyed both the smoked chicken and the brisket. Beer selection was great. Charming place with a nice river view. We will be back and definitely recommend!

Incredibly great spot, food delicious, and awesome river view. Brisket was spot on. Servers are kind and helpful, well run bbq joint!

Our waitress ( who didn't say her name) was not very attentive. The restaurant was not busy. We asked for more napkins and 10 minutes later she brought 3 napkins for a party of 4. Asked for gravy that was listed in the menu as available on request. She bought a little plastic disposable dish with about 1&1/2 tablespoons of gravy. Food was very good with large portions.

Very cool place right on the river, outdoor seating in the Summer. Every BBQ dish i have had there was very good. This is our go to place for consistently good food and service.

As soon as you walk in, you know it’s going to be good. We got the mishmash-which was a tasting of the various smoked meats and a couple sides… and highly recommend. The smokiness and the bark on the brisket and ribs was incredible. The chicken wing was perfect. If you’re anywhere near this place, you have to stop by and try for yourself.

It's alright.
Brisket was a bit dry and bark didn't really have flavor. It was tender, so it met the bare minimum.
The spare ribs were cooked perfectly and fall off the bone. Way too much black pepper in the rub however. This applies for their sauces too, very black pepper-y.
Fries and coleslaw were on point.
all in all, the food is decent and its the best you're gonna get for being out in BFE. Recommend
