I love Starbucks in general, but I especially love walking in and seeing Macy behind the counter! She always makes my drinks perfect, knows my order as soon as she sees me, and always asks how I'm doing. Today, my husband went in, and forgot my usual order. He just looked at Macy, and she knew immediately what he was trying to order for me.

We were here for vacation, and we came up for coffee around 8 am. Cashier was extremely condescending. We had multiple orders, and when we asked which was which, she said "it's on the sticker" instead of just telling us. That is only one example of her terrible attitude. If I could leave less than one star, I would. We will definitely not be coming here next time we are in town.

Only been here 1 other time and the barista got most my drink order from memory, I was blown away. Great service. No i don't expect this ? in the least Grayling has been an amazing experience.. Also the atmosphere sucks because it's in a grocery store lol. It's kinda busy
Parking: Parking lot isn't good watch your venti drinks in the shopping carts ? list my whip cream.. Lol rest of drink was good
Wheelchair accessibility: Avail of blue parking is limited last 2 times it's been full.. Good access if you can get a spot

Lazy Lacy waited on us with not only lazy service but also with a terrible attitude. It’s no wonder they want you to tip prior to serving. Never again in Grayling better coffee shops in town.
