Worst service ever, no time stamps on the dressing no glove changes, employee procedured to overcharge because she didn't know how to do here job, 20 mins for 4 subs and most of the crew looked like they were on drugs, she couldnt even squeeze sauce from a bottle, I will never return and I will spread the word, multiple health code violations.

Don't use the drive thru. The employees don't know how to operate it.

Sat in drive thru for over ten minutes. Came inside and there was ONE customer and three workers up front. Why was I waiting for over ten minutes?!

Vickie and Courtney were who waited on me! Pleasant ladies as always staff is always nice! But always apologizing for the prep team! No chicken prepped, no onion, over and over I’m sorry! I felt bad but this seems to be everytime! It’s at our gas station we frequent again food is good but if this is what your staff goes thru during lunch rush! Bad management or bad prep staff, maybe a look in on those sitting in the corner playing in their phones instead of prepping could help make the employees days better! Thank you ladies for doing a good job with what your left with!! No manager to speak to so here I am! Sad to watch people leave because they wanted what ya don’t have! Guess we go to Houghton lake!

Overall I really loved this place but they need to fix the hours sign. You can't say you close at 10pm but then be closed at 9pm. I'm very disappointed.

I’m writing this after 30 minutes of waiting for a response in the drive thru. (Still waiting) I can literally see the workers just chilling in the lobby ignoring me. What a great establishment.

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Before they switched locations things were great. I’d rather drive all the way to Roscommon to avoid having to go anywhere near this place. None of the employees know what they’re doing, which may not even be their fault, it seems nobody is trained there and is just expected to run the place. Nothing has changed since the day this place opened. From burning a pizza multiple times in a row (literally charred), telling me it’ll be raw if they cook it for any less time, to 2 employees walking out and one quitting mid order, and multiple times having nobody wearing the headsets running the drive thru, making people sit there for 10 minutes before they decide to come inside and see literally nothing happening. Also, if I made a mobile order over a half hour ago, and come there 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, to see that nobody has even started on it yet, when there is only one other customer inside and it clearly hasn’t been busy, and one of the only two employees is in the back doing seemingly nothing. I can’t even begin to understand what goes on at this place or who is even running it, but something has gotta change, because I’ve never seen such a poorly ran fast food place. Dont come here, you will regret it, but you may get some funny story to tell out of it, so at least there’s that.

Didnt have any meatballs made but thats okay because the subway club was full and fresh! Employees were lively and happy. 10/10 atmosphere and customer service from everyone working this evening. - 2/28
