I never place bad reviews but…One person working the sandwich line with 10 people in line!? AND SHE DIDNT EVEN WORK AT SUBWAY SHE WORKED FOR THE GAS STATION!!!!!

Placed a pick up order to be ready at 5:50 and didn’t leave the place until 6:55!!!!!

Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!! This girl was busting her butt and had to cash people out too.

Amber deserves a HUGE raise because if that was me I would have walked out.

If you don’t have the employees….DONT OPEN!!!!!

I have been here twice since they opened the new store. The first, I waited forever to order, then they told me they were only taking cash, I said that's fine, waited some more, they asked how many subs, I said 1, they rattled off all the bread and meat they were out of, when I said it was only going to be a 6inch meatball sub, they said they were out of meatballs. The second was this Sunday around 4 and they told me it'd be a few minutes (I thought maybe they were busy), I waited almost 10 minutes and decided to go in, on the door was a sign saying the lobby wasn't open, this is absolutely ridiculous, I hope they figure it out.

I order online an had my brother pick up my brother was there for an hour an I didn’t receive one of the things I paid for a foot long cookie that was 5$ I highly recommend to walk the other way an choose a different place besides subway. 5$ on a footling cookie an I didn’t even get it.

I ordered through the mobile app and when it said ready I came in. It was not ready in fact, there were 20 other people whose orders were not ready either instead of staying there I went to Wendy's, don't go to this Subway... Just go to Wendy's.

I tried the website to order before. And they did not have what I ordered, but they still charge me for that so now I had to pick something else. So then I had to try to figure out what I wanted.But the app wouldn't show me the menu anymore.Because it was after nine thirty. The app is ridiculous. The service was okay. Because they didn't charge me more for what I ordered. But when my husband opened his sub. He didn't have anything that he was supposed to have on it on it. And he had olives, and he hates olives.!!!! I will be calling tomorrow my husband's is just like mine which is all wrong!!!!

We went inside, and found a line of at least 10 people. The workers were extremely slow and seemed more focused on conversation than on preparing orders. Most of the sides were out of stock. Once we finally got up to the counter, we ordered a sub, and they didn’t even have the meat for the sub, so we left. We waited in line for 20 minutes at a minimum. Extremely disappointed, we will never return to this location.

Only been open for 8 days, and the store is run with less than sub par management! Food being served that is left open siting out in the back , new food dumbed on top of old expired food from the start of the day! Not 1 dish done, lobby door to back is open food on floors pans an containers tossed in a pile on the floor!, sinks over full with dishes with food still in the. This is a very unsanitary restaurant amd for only being open 8 days and has 1 person working at night alone no help while the store manger and shift manager have 2 other workers making a total of 4 on day shift! Where is the management to stay and clean up their mess that shouldn't fall on the next shift! Stay away from this place!
