Cleanest Taco Bell that I have ever been to. The food was pretty good, and every item in my order was correct, despite them being busy and me having many customizations. Everything was very organized and easy to find, and was very nice

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They didn’t have the fries to complete my box and instead of letting me get something I want they say I can have cinnamon twists or chips and cheese? Terrible customer service and a joke of a franchise

Been trying to get a beef chalupa no tomatoe no lettuce for the last 7 trips. Yes 7
.And everytime I have gotten a chicken chulupa supreme.
Then tonight go for the Omar appolo meal. Supposed to have a cheesy gordia crunch, doritos taco, chips n cheese and a regular taco.. I got once again a chicken chalupa, amd a beefy 5 layer in the box, that was it.. no chips and cheese and no correct tacos.
The only thing that makes the Omar meal is the sauce and don't guess to quick but no sauce either after I asked twice.

The food was terrible. Tasted like they scraped the grill and scooped it into the burrito. I had to spit it out. Might have been a bad day but I don't think I'd go there again.

Drive thru order, which has worst customer service. Can't listen what we are saying. Instead of making order, they put different menu food items. And different attitude levels. Which is not acceptable at any time with the customer.
This has happened to me 2 times if you say you are open until 1 am you are supposed to serve food until then but when I have placed my mobile order around 12 am because I work late it let's me but I show up and no one answers on the speaker or windows except 1 time I was told sorry we are only open until 12 but it let me put in an order because guess why you are actually open till 1 am which is what it says on google.

This was your normal average visit to a normal average taco bell the Food was like taco bell food. What I did not like and i'm not sure if this is what the world is coming to now is that I stood it in the empty line for 10 minutes before somebody asked if I was ordering with cash. There was nobody working the front Register
