Ordered through app. (First time user). food was delayed for 2 easy items. Quesidilla and potatoes side. The quesidilla was poorly made and the tortilla stuck to the paper and it was placed in the bag on the side so it slid into a pile. Simple and correctable actions

I go there a decent amount but when I went there tonight, they gave me soggy nacho fries taste like they’ve been sitting there for hours. I went through the driveway and they told me to pull up so I can get new ones. They took my old ones through the window, even though I left the property which I should be concerned about the food safety and I proceed eating my other food I got two spicy potato, soft tacos add rice, NO CHIPOTLE sauce and they had chipotle sauce on them when the manager Zac came out to give me my new fries, I told him how their chipotle sauce on my potato soft tacos, and I would like new ones and he proceeds to argue with me telling me he’s not making me new ones because I said jalapeño sauce instead of chipotle sauce, but they understood me because they put no chipotle sauce on the screen so after that I had to go inside and talk to the general manager Christina and she basically said that I wasn’t right even though I showed her the receipt and I was correct and again they grabbed my food that they messed up on, even though I left the property with that food again another food Safety hazard then they finally made me the correct ones that my receipt said because they were in the wrong. The worst manager service I have ever gotten in a fast food industry.
