The quality of the food isn’t the greatest. Fries were not done all of the way. Customer service is horrible. Tina (taking orders) was extremely rude and inpatient. Also rolling her eyes while taking other customer’s orders.

Missing food in order. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have had missing food from order this week. I had to wait in line 30-40 minutes to get the food that was missing. When I got to the order to tell them what was missing I asked to be compensated for having to wait extra. I was told no and given an excuse by the manager kirsten. I acknowledge there was a power outage and they were busy but there is no excuse to mess up food all the time. She didn’t even apologize and attempt to make the situation better. Instead she acted like I was wrong for wanting to be compensated more for having to wait extra time. A simple apology would have even sufficed. It was unprofessional how she handled the situation. They should hire better managers

Kinda disappointed to hear the employees talking about barfing and gential crabs as we were eating our lunch this afternoon. It was obviously an off duty employee talking with another, because he was allowed behind the counter, out of uniform to get his food. Is this really the way Wendy's are nowadays?

Ordered 2 kids meals after a middle school basketball game on Wednesday. My kid had 4 frozen uncooked fries in her bag mixed in with the rest.
