Friday night, busy, slow service.

The new Chicken Parm was darn good...yum yum

Got a late night pick up order ( the 2 for $25 deal, the new Chicken Parm is amazing ) and when I noticed part of the order was missing the Manager Clarke was super kind getting it fixed for us. Even sweetening the deal with a free dessert.

Definitely choose Greenville Applebee's for your next night out!

It was okay and affordable, but the food was a little bland and we were seated next to the restroom when the place wasn’t that full. Felt weird.

This place used to be awesome but the last few visits haven't been very good. Me and some friends came in for half off apps tonight(Sept 5). It took forever to get our food and it was not worth the wait. The wings were not saucy at all plus they were super tough and crunchy. Burgers were overcooked and we found a purple hair in our food. Then on the way out to our cars behind the restaurant you could smell a heavy use of marijuana going on. What a joke Applebee's.

Seated right away, but service went downhill. It took 8 mins before anyone asked about drinks (only Coke products, no alcohol). Restaurant wasn’t busy, yet staff were hanging out in car-side while tables waited. Food came in 14 mins (2 trios, 4 mac, fiesta chicken), but my boneless wings were ice cold. Replacement took 25 mins, so I asked for a box. Oddly, to-go orders were hotter than dine-in food. Glasses/silverware had hard water buildup. Beer cheese lid was melted with sticker still on. Never offered refills until glass was empty, never asked about dessert. Flickering light above table, back door alarm noise. Manager visible but never stopped by—she was at the bar, outside, or in the office with a non-employee. Only the server apologized. Very disappointed with food, service, and management presence.

This place has horrible food! Mine looked like a 5 year old plated it. The pasta was gummy and stuck together. My husband's steak was sent back 3 times and still not right.

2 entrees and 1 appetizer for $25 !! outstanding delicious steak and shrimp dinner! Applebees has the atmosphere for family or bar dining! Great bar drinks… booths or bar side dining. Great views and enjoyable environment. you should always use the app to get reward points and special offers. highly recommended

The atmosphere is typical Applebees. This location is clean. Our servers have always been friendly but sometimes seem to forget things like drink refills. The food is good. The only real issue we have had at this location is the speed of food coming from the kitchen. The last two times we have eaten at this location it has taken longer than normal to get our food, even though the restaurant wasn't overly crowded.

I do not normally write reviews, but I needed to do this.

The food was quite good when our family got it however, it did take half a millennium to receive it…

Then the atmosphere was filled with FLIES. Like for god sakes… flies everywhere.

Ordered a steak and a salad, left after an hour of not receiving the food - heard a lot of loud yelling coming from the kitchen before leaving.
