Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was good the service was excellent. The employees need to be trained better on what to do with walkers and wheelchairs. The hostess sat us in a high volume section where many customers walked through to get to the bathroom. We didnt have any where to put the walker and wheelchair my husband had to take them to the car. I will not go back due to those issues.

I had a young lady on Sunday morning when I dined in that was very rude and disrespectful she hardly filled our glasses was constantly on her phone in the back corner and talking to other employees instead of tending us it sucks because she seemed like a decent young lady but proved that she was more for herself then our service I believe when we asked for her name it was zaria

This location always hooks me up! Each one of the staff members I’ve talked to has helped me tremendously with making sure my order is good and correct. Amanda in particular is always so kinda and helpful when I call!

Today me and my wife came into eat and we were extremely unimpressed by the experience. We sat at a table around the corner of the left side of the restaurant and It took at least 5-8 minutes for our waitress to greet us and she wasn’t even kind. She had a rough around the edges attitude with us the whole time and was extremely not attentive to our table. She didn’t even introduce herself, but it was the dark skinned woman. I didn’t leave a tip because I felt the service was not worth it.

Jen was a fantastic server and bartender for us! Me and my husband came in and she immediately made us feel so welcome and she was so kind, caring, and respectful. She made me and my husband, we will definitely be back for her!

Greenville michigan Applebees is terrible,,,the food is not fully cook. My husband and I waited for 1 hour for our food and after it was delivered the food was Not prepared correctly...his steak was raw he ordered it med rare.

Tried the grilled cheese cheeseburger, wow that's spot on!! Great flavor, just a touch of heat but very tasty. The appetizers are always great.

Server was Zaria she was really attentive when it came to our food and drinks. She interacted with my children and gave them suckers which they obviously enjoyed. We haven’t had service like that in a really long time. Food was great as were our drinks we will definitely be returning again and sitting in her section. Way to go!

Edit: 11/26: we have been back a few times since the evening of review, and might I say I still refuse to sit in Jenny's section, I have watched the last few times and it seems things may have been figured out. Every waitress we've had since has been great and so has the food. Tonight our waitress was Brianne, and she was wonderful! Will definitely be asking for her section from now on!

My family came in last night for dinner, my kids both got corn dog meals and I got a burger and wonton tacos and my fiance got a steak. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food while our waitress stood in the bar starring off into space wiping off alcohol bottles, we watched over 5 mobil orders go out the door while we were waiting! my fiances mashed potatoes had a literal dry skin on them from sitting out so long, broccoli was mush and dehydrated from sitting under a heat lamp so long. He didn't eat it, we shared my food. And when we were finished our waitress was still standing behind the bar (which was right by our table) and we were clearly finished with our food and waiting for our check, but our waitress was still behind the bar starring off and changing the channel on the TV. My fiance had to go and ask her for the check. They were not busy, there was MANY open tables. We will never sit in Jenny's section again.

We went there on one of the busiest days. We were taken to our table with a smile. The waitress did an outstanding job. The food was really good and served quickly. This is my favorite dine in restaurant.
