they handed me the 3 shakes and they spilt WHILE SHE WAS handing them to me and didn’t offer to even remake them. Just said did a lot spill then proceeded to hand us napkins after we said yes. Like what the heck Arby’s. Then another time I went there I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was still frozen in the middle. I puked after that. SMH.

And.. they brought back my favorites the potato cakes! if that’s not enough they have a new item called the Prime Rib Steak Nuggets they are insanely delicious! their signature red ranch goes great with anything.. i love dipping my potato cakes in it. Get in and try the Prime Rib Steak Nuggets! they are amazing
Stopped in tonight. Ron gave top notch service! By far the best service I have gotten at a restaurant chain. The food was hot and fresh A+ Ron you deserve a promotion!
