We visited today while out and about. The worker behind the counter looked less than excited to be at work or say hi or anything. She didn’t say thank you or have a nice day, she was more concerned about being on her phone. Drink was good but customer service was lacking greatly!

They need to make a way to get out of the drive thru when things get backed up. We got stuck in the drive thru line for 40 minutes before we could even order. If there was a way to leave we would have.

I got 2 bagels they weren’t mine, got 2 more bagels not on correct bagels, bacon and sausage were still cold, got the new caramel apple cider latte. Maybe there was coffee, 90% apple cider. No caramel. Worst experience ever. 40 min wait 40$ bill. I was also late to work.

Biggby is a treat. The baristas are nice, coffees are great and I had a $1 off coupon in my email to use. Perfect because I was craving a butter bear iced coffee latte and I happened to be in Greenville today and was able to treat myself 😋

Don’t bother using the order ahead feature at this locations. They do not make your drinks/food until you are physically in the store. Many neighboring locations utilize the order online feature and your food is ready and waiting when you arrive. NOT in Greenville, you are typically ignored for a while in store, then when they do ask what they can start for you, they huff and add you to the current orders que. Not my first choice.

I've been going to this Biggby location since it opened and they have always given me a military veteran discount... until today. This morning, the manager said they don't have a military discount. I told her I've always gotten a discount here and the Biggby website says they offer discounts for veterans. Small discounts are about the only appreciation veterans get for their service. Won't go to Biggby ever again.
