I stopped in twice, and twice I left with nothing.I stopped on an afternoon for decaf and, they didn't have any and they would not make any because they didn't have an extra pot! I thought I'd give them another chance. Stopped in again in to order a sandwich on Chibatta bread and they said they were out. That's it for me for this Greenvlle location.

Coffee was good but the dress code needs to be addressed. When working with the public, employees should have their bodies properly covered.
Went in to use the bathroom and man did I really stink up the place it was like a big boom the Big Bang theory come to think of it I don’t think they have a bathroom I might of been on something where am I?

I've gone to this location a lot and I'm not sure why I try to keep giving them chances... There isn't a single time I've gone where something wasn't messed up. This last time, that spurred me to leave a bad review, they didn't toast my bragel and it was cold in the center. Also my Spotted Owl just tasted like Hot milk, very disappointed
I hate to do this; and this is not just for this biggby store.... It's all of them. If you wish to waste your time and money, then order a sausage egg and cheese bagel from biggby. They don't believe in cooking sausage.

I ordered a Peppermint Blizzard Creme Freeze, which is brown on the menu. Below is a pic of what I got. It tasted like a vanilla shake from McDonald's. Had I wanted that, I'd have gone to McDonald's and ordered one. I even asked the clerks if it was the right drink when they handed it to me. They assured me it was.
