Every time I order from here I’m missing something. This time I got all the way back home and realized I was missing food. I called them. They told me they would have it ready when I got there. I sat in the line for 10 minutes. Needless to say, I won’t be here again.

Only person in lobby at 7 pm on a Saturday. It's been 20 minutes and I'm STILL waiting for the 1 burger I ordered. Pattern amongst all Burger Kings. Almost laughable how poorly these places are ran. Cedar Rock and Greenville are worthless locations.

About the worst BK I've been to. I frequently get the wrong order or they overcharge. I had a bigger with bad meat and the manager told me it was mine. Like it ornot. Wanted to make me Nother. I declined. He did not give my money back.

Me & my husband went through the drive-thru & got some food. We got the. Chicken wraps and when bit into what I thought was a tendon wrapped around my finger nail. I wiped it on the paper & it started CRAWLING across the paper. So we went back to get a refund, we brought back all the food & everyone was super nice except the manager. My husband said she was very rude & disrespectful towards him. We will not be going back.
I ordered a whopper meal. I consumed it. When I got home I brought it all back up and it looked like I had blood in it.

The other thing I appreciated was that they were open late. I was able to get food on Sunday night after 11. Also dropped fresh hot fries for me. Thanks BK team!
