False advertisement!!! Multiple signs up throughout the building and they are not following through and giving dilly bars instead. Employees not having an explanation about this or taking down signs.
who doesn’t LOVE Dairy Queen! i just moved to Greenville MI and it’s the first DQ i have had in 20 years and it’s still as good as i remember! Also ALWAYS use the app to order so you get points and promos! i got a free shake today! and my Buster Bar is HUGE! YUM my new favorite!

I placed on online order for a Oreo Blizzard Cake on Tuesday, 2/11 and received email confirmation. I scheduled pick-up for Thursday, 2/20 at 7PM. Upon my arrival, my cake was not ready nor was there any record of my order despite having email confirmation. I appreciate the staff's willingness to be a part of the solution; a staff member grabbed an unfinished cake to write my message and added the chocolate cone dip / drizzle to the perimeter. Despite her effort, I am extremely disappointed with my cake. I am unsure if she is the primary cake decorator but I would assume not based on the appearance of the message on the cake. What I received is not reflective of the images online nor the price point of almost $40.

Went here and ordered some blizzards... when did they stop putting the cups upside down like the olden days? Literally had the lady at the window hand us the bag with our blizzards in it as she said here you go and then shut the window. Not so good service at all. Blizzards had all the mix-ins in the bottom of the cup and not throughout. Don't usually have bad experience at Dairy queens but this was different. Hope the customer service gets fixed.
