Ordered subs and not only were they freaky fast but they also sang happy birthday. Top notch customer service. I believe his name was Kayven. Certainly recommend!

The young man in there gave us great customer service today (4-18-25) 3:10 pm . Deserves a raise for his outstanding service after we made a mistake on our end and he fixed it fast.

Since discovering the unwich at Jimmy Johns, we have a new go to for eating out. We love the fresh meats, cheese and veggies. The service is always friendly and fast. We get what we order. And the pickles are the bomb!! The app is user friendly and love that we get freebies and discounts.

They gave me and my friend a free brownie and the workers are really kind.

First time ordering the new Mediterranean Chicken Wrap (pick up). Wrapping and wrap was drenched in whatever oil or sauce they used. Couldn’t eat it, waste of money. Otherwise I’ve had good “Originals” many times in the past. Hope you do better the next time.

They REALLY made my day here today. I order delivery to my work quite often and they have never made a mistake until today. I didn’t think they would be able to remake the sandwich since it had been a couple hours (I had it in the work fridge for a while). I called and they were incredibly nice about the whole situation. They remade the sandwich and I picked it up a couple minutes later. They also would not accept a personal tip and said they were just happy they fixed it. Could not be happier with the service. I appreciate all the employees here for having kind hearts❤️

We had our Danish Festival welcome back meeting this evening, and ordered Jimmy John's catering. The platter of subs looked nice and tasted delicious. The potato salad was great. The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was very friendly. The food came with plates, silverware, napkins, serving spoons for the potato salad, and mayo and mustard package. I think the whole board was as impressed as I was. This was my first time ordering catering from Jimmy John's and I would highly recommend it!! Thank you for a great experience!
