People working last night from 8 to 9 must not care if there customers get biscuits with there 50 + dollar meal. They made us wait 15 mins for fresh food. And that was fine.but tried to pass off cornbread instead of biscuits. When I returned to the store to exchange the cornbread. They told me it would be 15 or 20 more mins. Wouldn't give me a refund. But a extra Mac and cheese. I thought the whole point of going to KFC was for biscuits. Normally Wouldn't say anything since it was late and close to closing but this is now our 2nd bad experience in a row. We Won't ever be back. Check your bags before you leave is the lesson.

My mother and I came through the drive through and both ordered a chicken tender meal, we look at our food after getting it and our muffins were all doughy and undercooked by a lot. I went inside and showed them and asked for new and the young worker realized all of their Buiscuts weren’t done, meaning she couldn’t give me a new one. Well I wasn’t happy with the way the chicken tenders looked either so I decided to ask for a refund. The young worker got her “manager” I’m assuming and it was an older lady and she was VERY very rude. Telling me the Buiscuts were done when her worker just told me they were all under cooked and would be trash, she wanted to argue with me saying the Buiscuts were done. I am appalled at the way I was treated at this establishment by the manager when they sold me un cooked food. I will not be returning to this kfc and I won’t recommend coming here either.

I love kfc famous bowls, nuggets and bisquits but, they always forget to give me butter packets and their website reads the drive-thru closes at 10pm but it is NEVER open past 9pm the whole place shuts down @ 9pm. The website needs to update this please.
