Got the 8 piece box, crispy. Chicken is pink, large areas of breading is doughy or batter. French fries were so greasy and cold. Complete trash

I love kfc famous bowls, nuggets and bisquits but, they always forget to give me butter packets and their website reads the drive-thru closes at 10pm but it is NEVER open past 9pm the whole place shuts down @ 9pm. The website needs to update this please.

10/10! Amazing customer service and food. Our order was messed up but they went above and beyond to correct it. Definitely will be going back again!
Food was great but I wanted to give them a huge shoutout. We just got food from KFC and they forgot my small side of coleslaw. No biggie because we can just go back to get it but for the inconvenience they gave us a large order of mashed potatoes and gravy along with my coleslaw. We’ve only been there a few times and haven’t had one bad experience and their customer service was amazing tonight.

UPDATE This KFC continues to pull bait and switch and or false advertising the 8-piece bucket for $10 on Tuesday is only available online and online ordering is not functional on Tuesdays so there's no way to get that deal you also cannot get rewards points this is a very clean and decent service KFC it's really lousy because you can't get the deals that are advertised on the website because the online ordering doesn't work and has not worked for months
Well I've learned that KFC does bait and switch the $10 8-piece bucket on Tuesdays is never available because suddenly online ordering goes offline on Tuesdays and that's the only way you can get the 10$8 piece bucket I thought this was just a coincidence last week however online ordering was working just fine yesterday and suddenly it's not available today like it wasn't available last Tuesday if this is not bait and switch or false advertising I don't know what it is service and food are just fine however I don't like the fact that there is this bait and switch nonsense going on

In Greenville, Mi, the only KFC I know of that offers an all you can eat buffet! UPDATE.. no more buffet.
