This was the third time going here, and there was a 45-minute wait of hot and ready. Kind of takes away from the convenience aspect of Little Ceasars.

Food is always made sloppy even though you have to wait for it. The guy running the window doesnt look sanitary. Also they close at 10 even tho it says they close at 11

I wanted crazy bread. Was given a bag that was cold and had no cheese on it. Took it back inside and asked for a different bag. Was given the exact same thing. Not happy

Ordered on your app. Pizza was made wrong. Called and girl was rude. Told me we don't deliver must have been door dash. I don't care who delivered it. It was ordered on LITTLE CEASARS app.

Friday night 8pm we pulled in understanding it might take a minute, it’s ridiculous we waited over 45 minutes just to deal with snarky cashiers, this place needs some serious help

I don't understand how a LC location NEVER has hot n ready pizzas available. Also, why make customers wait 20-30 minutes to have an employee acknowledge them and take an order? Just awful. Do better.

I don't know how it could be a pizza place when they never have pizza. I've never gotten pizza from here because they always say they don't have any, was told an hour wait last time I tried

I ordered my food online. When I got the email saying my food was ready, I went to the window to get my food. I sat there and sat there about 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. Nobody came to the window, so I opened the window and yelled hello.I don't know what the employees were doing but there was about 3-4 cars behind me. Nobody came to the window, after waiting 20 minutes I was going to go in the restaurant but someone came to the window and finally helped me.

Hard to rate the food... Hot N "READY" is a 30 min wait. Meanwhile the girl behind the counter was busy on her phone. First time visiting in years. Last time visiting ever.

Called down the street to the NUVU gas station... and they told me 20 mins for two 16"s with whatever toppings I want. Lol

If you want Little Caesars go to Ionia because this place is a mess!

Went thru drive thru was getting 2 pizzas and a bread stick shouldn't been no problem I paid with card the girl gave me my card and 1 pizza and bread stick she said there would be a 7 min wait for my other pizza I said okay I'll come in and get it. Went parked walked in there was 2 people in there so I waited and waited and waited after the 2 people left I was ask how could he help me I said I was in drive thru orderd 2 pizzas and a bread stick I'm waiting on the other one. The guy was so rude to me and drive thru girl. I'm a supervisor at my job I would never treat my employees or any one like that guy did

This is the ONLY time I’ve ever been here and it was AN HOUR wait for the most Mid pizza on the planet. Who doesn’t staff properly? Maybe a management change is in order. ??‍♂️

I don't know who was cooking the pizza on Sunday night July 21st.... this person needs a raise. That's how the #/%! You cook a pizza! I am super impressed!
