Mancino's Pizza & Grinders

Came in on Nov 2 at 7:45pm noticed all chairs on top of tables and wanted a quick bite to eat before a house closing at 8:30pm. We were told the dining room was closed and we could only take our food to go. I asked for a manager and was told the gal I spoke to was the manager even though she didn’t want to tell me her name. She finally did say she was Taylor. We left. I came back on Thursday Nov. 7, 2:45pm and Taylor was there and asked if another manager was there and was told there were 2 managers there, Taylor and a dark long haired girl who refused to tell me her name and said they always close their dining room early if there is no customers inside eating. Typically they have their floors cleaned and closed to eat in dining by 7:30pm. This Mancinos just lost 2 long time customers and we’ve been receiving gift cards from our kids for years as Christmas presents as we’ve loved this restaurant. Too bad the decisions these girls made to not let us dine inside that night after driving 45 minutes to get there before our 8:30 appointment was unfortunate. Never has a restaurant without a sign stating a dinning room closed at a certain time refused dining inside before closing time. Shameful! Very poor customer service.

Had an order delivered that was missing all the extra toppings I paid to add on. I then tried calling to address the issue but after 4 attempts calling, no one would answer.

My family and I (from Toronto)were visiting friends in Cedar Springs and we were told that eating at Mancinos was a must if we are in the area.
I'm very happy we took the drive to Greenville!!!
The grinder sandwiches were huge, the ingredients were fresh and the customer service was great. We can't wait to come back and visit.

Been here a few times. Their pizza is good. Not a fan of the breadsticks. They were just like a cheap store bought type bread with oil and that powder Parmesan cheese.

We stopped in here after a track meet to pick up some grinders to go. The staff were excellent and helpful. The food was ready and tasted delicious! Will stop back again next time we are in town.

Fast, friendly, DELICIOUS! We love the Italian Combo and the Chicken Club grinders- as good as 20+ years ago.

The sauce in the pizza was delicious. So I went back for another pizza! 5 stars for the taste of pizza. Not a fan of the breadsticks. They were just bread with splashes of oil and bits of Parmesan cheese.
