My fiance and I went to Mc Donald's this morning to get breakfast before work for ourselves and a friend. The food and drinks were right, but they didn't include any salt, pepper, or silverware which ruined it for my fiance because he had ordered the Big Breakfast with hotcakes. How hard is it to provide decent service?!

We ordered a 20 piece mcnuggets and only received a 10 piece. The girl who took our order seemed confused on how the computer worked and kept typing stuff in wrong or got the amount wrong.

Literally NEVER get my order right! My husband is deathly allergic to onions. Why can't you ever ever EVER listen to your customer's words and follow simple instructions? Just tells me, your employees sadly do not care about your customers. Period.

Got a frappe, we asked for extra Carmel so when we got it and it didn't have extra Carmel so we asked what was up. Rather then the lady getting rude or snobby she nicely told us that the nossle for the Carmel was to big. About a 7 minute wait for two frappes and a no ice sprite (all orders were right!).

If you go late you NEED to specify fresh fries. Feels like they put old fries back in the frier for a minute so you get warm but very soft and soggy fries, so one tub is new fries but 3 mediums were soggy and got mostly thrown away. Burgers were good 👍
