Unfortunately this location takes a very long time to make drinks lately. Waited 50 minutes one morning and had to leave without a drink. Another time I waited 30 minutes and left. Tried going inside to see if it would be quicker and ordered no problem then it took 40 minutes to get the drinks and they didn’t taste right but we didn’t have time to wait any longer. I was hopeful the issue would resolve but it seems to still be a problem a month later.

Ordered online and it ended up being for in store pick up. Food took 10 minutes, no biggie but 25 minutes after placing order drinks still were not started so I asked for them to be cancelled as I had to leave to be else where on time and could not wait any longer. They said okay. A few hours later checked my online receipt to see I have still been charged full price and no note of cancellation. Very displeased….

Still too high for black coffee. But I really really needed some coffee that morning.
Why is the coffee so much lighter in Greenville as opposed to Grand Rapids? The iced coffee and cold brew are see through. Does it differ by city? Also, it would be helpful if things moved quickly in the morning.

It's trendy tattooed girls with colored hair and over priced drinks..... How trendy at least they can pull them around by their nose rings like cows at pasture to do their bidding. 😆
