Staff is super nice but ridiculously slow. I tried many times but I can’t wait up to 30 min for a coffee. No matter what time of day or day, expect to have a wait of at least 20 min. Even if you order ahead, you’ll still wait.

The drink was amazing I love Starbucks but staff was not working together very well so I sat at the window for 10 minutes looking at my drinks sitting on the counter while three cars piled up behind me and their drinks also were sat on the counter but nobody was handing them out the

Was so happy to see this Starbucks open in Greenville.. but wow such slow service! Took 10 minutes for 2 drinks! If you are going anywhere in a hurry I don't suggest this Starbucks.. I should have tried it a different day☕

Almost every time I go here my drink it so watered down it hardly has any flavor. It’s very disappointing because I love Starbucks typically, but they clearly aren’t meeting the Starbucks standards. I really hoping things get worked out and fixed soon so I can contribute to go there.
