The Mandwella Effect

This Subway is conveniently located inside the Mugg and Bopps gas station. It may be small, but it gets the job done when it comes to freshly made sandwiches on the go. Today I stopped in to ease my pregnancy cravings and Collin did a great job accommodating to my needs and providing outstanding customer service.I ordered a number 18 which is an Italian BMT and boy did it hit the spot! Collin was friendly, super nice, and I really enjoyed our conversation we shared while he made my lunch. He listened to what I wanted, didn’t make any mistakes, and was more than happy to toast my sub twice. Even though the system was having issues, he kept his cool and patiently waited to slide my card to have my rewards added to my account. The receipt also took a while to spit out, but we both had a good laugh about it.What is interesting is you do not pay at the counter where your food is made. You take the receipt to the front counter of the gas station and pay up there. They do accept coupons and use the rewards system here as well. The only ingredient they do not carry here is the fresh avocado. Other than that, they have everything else you could need or want to put on your sandwich.I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner made by awesome sandwich artists who treat you with respect and have positive attitudes. On a side note - When I usually stop in here, I see Devin always working alone in the evenings. He is a great guy with a wonderful personality and has some good stories to share. Hopefully the owner or manager sees this review and gives both Devin and Collin a raise for being fantastic employees and for always showing up to work even though they are short staffed.

Dude didn't seem like he wanted to be there, but the food was still great. He was the only guy there making sandwiches..Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant, and I was able to get no cheese on my sandwich, so they're accommodating

Employee Abbie Churches will not quit calling and harassing my family. Will not quit. Using the Employer and employees phone. Managers won’t do anything about. Stalking all off mine and my families social medias page.

Stopped in after a bike ride and walked up to the counter to order. My son was being a typical kid and rang the bell. The lady making the sandwiches gave a really mean side glance look toward him. We were waiting for her to finish up a customer's order and then noticed she wasn't wearing a mask. She was hunched over and her face was inches from the food. Once I noticed that we walked out. Sorry but not wearing a mask while you are preparing my food right in front of me is a red flag.

Their subway is slow got 5 mins after they open they were to busy in the back talking to even get the bread started so they had day old bread so we did not even get anything. Subway slogan is eat fresh not day old food.

Just left with only 1 of 3 foot long subs. Just curious as to how you can offer meatball subs and be out up front and not know it. Let alone not even go in back to see if you have any, blame the day girl. Hmmm, been in the restraunt business too long not to know check your stock at the beginning of your shift. Very disappointed.
