My husband & I stopped in for a quick cocktail & dessert and we received a royal treatment! As a first time visitor, our bartender made a nice White Russian & Andre' set a lovely place setting to enjoy our dessert in the bar! We were in the moment & never took a picture though! Hubby had a decadent 10 layer( yes 10!) chocolate cake & I had a lighter lemon cheesecake. Both were perfect & the presentation was topped with a flavor enhancing taste of a port wine from Andre'! We will find our way to visit again & enjoy a meal next time! Thank you for making our night special!

We had a party of ten and the service and attentiveness of our server was exceptional. The drinks, appetizers, salads and entrees were all superb. I had the Walleye as my entree and it was cooked to perfection. All in our party raved about their experience.
I used to love this place. They had the best french onion soup around. However, got it last night and it had inedible onion pieces in it. The papery outside of the onion was put into the soup.
They also changed the caesar salad. No longer a gem caesar salad and is the same thing you’d get when ordering a caesar salad at a TGI Fridays but 3xs the price. Side of chicken on the Cesar was $10, I received 3 small strips of chicken. Not worth it.
Very disappointed in the decrease in quality of food here as we used to be regulars.

We went for the $60 dinner for two. We never expected to have such a great bottle of wine. Thank you Andrew Lux for your care in ensuring nothing but the best. We will be back!!!

For decades The Hill had challenges but Joe Vicari has really turned this place around with a new sommelier and manager. I have dined at five star restaurants all over the world from Paris to St. Barts to Monaco (see my reviews) and I recognize proper execution. The sommelier was superbly trained. She is constantly monitoring the quality of the staff service.
Excellent cuisine, several choice Bordeauxs (at extremely low prices...I ordered a Chateau Bel Air Gloria 16 for 50% of what I have paid at other five star restaurants), great staff attitude (the answer is always yes) and it was safe to park the Bentley.

Although we live relatively close, this was our first time visiting the restaurant, but it was definitely not our last. We had 2 appetizers & our entrees were delicious! The service was great! Our server was Alissa & she was very polite & attentive.
It was a quiet Thursday evening at the restaurant and we didn't arrive until 7:30. The restaurant was not very busy making it quiet so good for conversation. Our server was very good and the food was very good as well. The salmon continues to be a favorite!

Had an wonderful experience and dinner with my wife. We had an amazing dinner paired with a fabulous wine. The manager and Sommelier Andre truely knows what she is doing is amazing. I would recommend having dinner at Bronze door anytime.
The Bronze Door is a favorite neighborhood destination! We went to celebrate our anniversary a few days early(& there was a September special, 2 entrees and a bottle of wine for $60). We were greeted by Tina and Andre, the brilliant sommelier- seated and met our server, Cassidy. We both ordered orange glazed salmon resting on spinach with tiny taters- perfectly grilled and seasoned ... and the Bordeaux Blanc- OH MY GOODNESS... this wine was delicious. And presented by Andre the sommelier- she explained everything in such fabulous detail and taught us so much. What a wonderful and fun evening . Great service, food and price - highly recommend
I and my friends had a wonderful dinner. We shared an enormous calamari appetizer, and I had the salmon, which was very good, although perhaps slightly overcooked .Sommelier was excellent! She even gave us some wine tasting lessons. Will definitely go back.
Great service and delicious food. Went for our anniversary for the first time and will definitely be back.
