It was Christmas Eve and I had just got off work myself and didn't feel like cooking. We walked into big boys and I did not expect to find such happy and helpful service staff cuz after all it was Christmas Eve but to my surprise everyone was super nice and really courteous and very helpful and very attentive to anything that we may have needed it had been a while since my wife and myself had been here. But it did not fail to impress. Atmosphere was okay but we sat by the window and it was kind of cold but it was to be expected because after all it is December in Michigan but all in all I love the new look because we hadn't been there since they remodeled. We look forward to visiting again real soon

Havent been here for years so was in area. The service by Jewel was very good but food was tasteless. Hamburg was not done..kinda pink..fries were ok. coleslaw that came with it was tasty..to bad it was kids meal size or smaller

Went here Saturday,8.10.24. They were not busy. Got seated and no one came to greet me or take my order. There were 3 wait staff and two of them spent an inordinate amount of tiime gabbing with their customers. I spent 10 mins.waiting for someone to take my order and when no one did I got up and left at 1:30 pm and told the hostess why. I went to Leo's Coney Island on Jefferson and waswaited upon immediately by a friendly young woman. They were busy but I was served almost immediately. The atmosphere in Big Boy is dull drab and uninviting. Will not go back.

The new staff roll their eyes and laugh at you while making an order in store. They communicate poorly if you ask questions about the menu. They talk to each other in front of you. It's overall unprofessional, even for a to-go Jets pizza place.

Nice cozy place to sit down and grab a quick decent meal. The Fish & chips were hot & fresh. The tartar sauce could use some work (and refrigeration) but the fresh, bright, delicious lemon slice squeezed onto the fish gave it an enhanced pleasant taste! My friend enjoyed the Big Boy Classic with fries. Both our fries were delicious. The place was clean. Staff was polite. Bathrooms were clean. Will be returning.
Parking: Parking garage located in the right rear of the building, for additional space when they’re busy!
