Horrible! The staff are frightening, rude and the place is a mess. The St Clair Shores location is no better. The owners lost their way on how to keep a good reputation. They're hanging by a tread because they have a good product but not how to create, share or deliver it! Really sad.

My favorite is the cod and potatoes and string beans. Absolutely delicious. I have come in regularly and ASIA is so attentive she should be voted Mrs. Chicken Shack!...She is definitely worthy of area management over multiple stores. Asia understands customer service and is part of the allure on of why customers repeat coming back to the chicken shack😉😁🤠🔥💯🎉👍👌🧑‍✈️🐔🐟🥒🍴🍽️💵🛒🛍️🕘🔑🇺🇸

There's something going on at the shack. Food just seems a bit greasy, potatoes are real buttery greasy. Are the getting lax, could be. But I still ate it and liked. Imjiat sensing a change.

They were on point that night! Chicken was hot and crispy, ribs were great, the well-done potatoes were perfect! Things were a little slow, but that's well worth the price if everything is hot and freshly made! Jeremiah would come out to the dining room to make sure people were getting their orders, not waiting too long. This crew deserves a raise!

Spent a decent amount on a holiday package. I had someone else pick up my order on Christmas Eve. Once received was appalled at the quality of this chicken. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. They were closed by the time I seen it so couldn't do much as far address it. Christmas day closed. Nobody at corporate is picking up. Feedback on website once I hit submit says error submitting. Proceed with caution. Use to love this place . What is going on? Called the store and they didn't seem very helpful. Completely disappointed.

Today i picked up a chicken snack dinner and the chicken literally shrunk 50% from the normal. Or they ran out and cubed up a chicken breast? Look how small compared to the potatoes.... ripping me off?

I ordered a rib dinner. After waiting in lobby with cashier who is very young and looks lost. Always asking the guys in the back for help. So I get my food. I open it. The roll is hard and the potatoes had no butter. So I give it back to cashier and ask if he can put butter on my potatoes. When I received it back. I look and he slathered butter on my ribs. Whyyyy?. It also smelled like char. I asked for a refund. Manager came up front with an attitude. Gave the bag to cashier and told her trash it. Not even asking if there was anything he can do. He gave me my money back w attitude. Did not apologize. Terrible customer service.Plz check yr food before u leave. Quality is bad.

Great tenders, cook sauce, but I’m disappointed with how the chicken sammich deluxe has become over the years. It used to be just a big lightly fried handpicked off the breast of chicken, mayo, and lettuce. Now the breading on the chicken isn’t even close to what it was. Still good , but not the same as it used to be. Service was top notch though.

Was not greeted, the lady at the counting was counting money. I just didn't feel comfortable there. I didn't like that I had to ask for everything. Noticed the signs afterward but don't think that's true customer service.
