š”Besides the food has not been up to pre-pandemic quality, I placed an order on Wednesday to take advantage of the Double Points offer. I did not get them. I contacted Jeff the manager, his response was that I was not entitled to more than the 24 of 48 points I received was due to me getting to 100 for my reward threshold. I now stand a at 21, 3 got me the pizza reward as I was at 97 pre-purchase. A second attempt to contact went unanswered. I assumed he didn't care about me as a customer, and didn't understand his own program.

Upfront, I love their pizza and will continue driving in to pick it up.That being said, the fact you donāt deliver to Detroit while your competitors are more than willing to is a sad relic of a racist mindset most businesses in Grosse pointe seem to be moving away from.

Place on 25 Mile and Dequindre has horrible service and the pizza is just plain bad. The Manager of the store is very rude and incompetent and does not know what he is doing. And on top of it, the website nor the store can apply coupons/rewards accordingly. This place is not worth your money. Many other pizza places in Shelby Twp that are much better and friendlier.

We were excited to try Cloverleaf Pizza and ordered a pizza for 6pm on superbowl Sunday. Itās almost 7 pm and the pizza is not out of the store yet. Tried calling for the last 1/2 hour and they didnāt answer the phone. Once they do d, the person canāt say when if ever itās coming. Will not order from them again and sorry we didnāt order from Jets. We are extremely disappointed!
