Clearly a lot of these reviews are made by bots. The same format with no written review. I gave this location a few chances, but was disappointed almost every time. The lobby is dirty, the staff are inefficient and slow, and no matter how far ahead you place an order, it won't be ready. My last visit I was asked by 3 employees what the name for my order was, and was told it wasn't ready yet. It was 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, but I saw this coming. I sat there for ten minutes, and decided to stand by the register to wait. They asked the name for my order again, and said oh its right here, its been sitting here the whole time. My sub was super soggy, and sloppy. This wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't every time. I'm sure, I'll get some automated message about how my review is appreciated. This place is extremely mismanaged, not understaffed.
