Cashier too comfortable laughing with/talking about customers in front of customers. Pizza maker in the back asked if i was getting slices and proceeded to say “she said it too slow” then laughed together while putting my slices in boxes. I said it completely normally and coherently. Grosse pointe is already not the most welcoming neighborhood so to have a black woman pizza maker laughing with her white male cashier comfortably is concerning to say the least. First and last time here.

The pizza was great, I ordered online. Someone called to verify my order. The pizza was ready when I arrived. Staff was kind and respectful. It was easy, delicious and convenient. I'll order again.

Customer service sucks. I went to order pizza sat there three minutes before anyone acknowledge me. When I did approach the window asked me how can I help you took my order once my order was done proceeded to leave. I asked for ranch dressing. She said it was a charge but the person before me she didn’t charge when they asked for ranch dressing it was a little racist

We have ordered delivery from this location a handful of times, and each time have been very pleased. The food is always hot and fresh and they have never been later than expected. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended this Jet’s.
