We have ordered delivery from this location a handful of times, and each time have been very pleased. The food is always hot and fresh and they have never been later than expected. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended this Jet’s.

I’m less than a mile away from the store, I can’t leave work for lunch and decided I want to order some pizza. Place my whole order, pay, and tip all online. Jets calls me back to tell me they can’t make my delivery because they have to go up an elevator? My directions were very clear and it’s not a tedious delivery location. This jets is just lazy plain and simple.

Very. very disappointed tried to order and have been ordering from the same place for over 16 years . Now they come up with the idea that Cash no longer counts. Sorry I don't purchase food on a credit card. When you deliver I pay cash. Who ever changed that option is wrong and hurts only the delivery driver!!! Lets see it I ever order again and will relay this to everyone I know.

The past two times I have ordered delivery from this location I think it’s been the best two Jets order date I say ever. The pizza has been really fresh. Not over done. The perfect balance of soft and crispy. It definitely doesn’t seem like my pizza sat in a window or car at all. Also my drivers have been really friendly each time. I for sure will be trying to exclusively order from this Jets location!!

So a few years back there was this running joke that one of my friends family lived under the floor boards. But that would have been horrible. But then we started smelling something weird after the place burnt down so we looked under the still smoking boards and there weren't people down there but there were rats. When they opened a new location they took the rats and used them to make the toppings on pizzas. But the funny thing was that the reason the fire was started was to get rid of the suits. You see, the suits contained bodies and were evil and had to be destroyed. So this guy named Henry decided to do something about it. But his old friend and nemesis William didn't want him to, so he put on his suit. That suit was a yellow rabbit costume. Now these suits were designed so that if they had a jerky movement the gears inside would enclose on the thing inside. Well, William was panicked and the suit closed on him. Somehow he survived but he became part of the suit

Horrible. The customer service is horrible. Management is rude, disrespectful, attitude is rude and nasty. I order a pizza online that’s I arrived to pick up shortly after and it was cold, it’s was definitely old the cheese was not melted, crust was tough and it was just nasty. My kids was disappointed they were not eating the pizza. Called the store and they just was very argumentative and rude. I will NEVER, EVER SPEND A dime at that location again. Honestly this place gave me a very bad experience being new to the place and state I will never recommend them to anyone.

I have two Jet's close to where I live in GPF. I ordered online and picked up my order. I used a gift card to pay. The total came to $20.21 for their 8 Corner two topping pizza. The guy that rang me up handed me the pizza and if I didn't ask for my gift card back, I don't think he was going to give it back (it was on the other side of the safety glass). There is still close to $30 still on the card. Come on, be better than that! The pizza was good, and the order was correct. Will more than likely go to the location further north.

I used the automated system to order two large deep dish pizzas and two breads from this Jets location. The pizza and bread were good as usual. But, even with the $5.00 off from using the automated system, my bill for pickup was still over $50.00.
