Came in with a group of 5 girls, placed our order and sat down at the very back of the restaurant. A parent for each child sat at the table next to them. Within 3 minutes, a lady from behind the cooking area with a black shirt, black rimmed glasses and burgundy hair came out and asked the girls if they ordered anything. They replied that they did and she left. 1 minute later she came back and told them if they weren't quite they'd have to leave. Mind you, we were sitting right next to them. They were not loud at all. I think the adult voices at our table were louder. Very rude and unnecessary. She continued to speak harshly towards the staff and make comments about the girls that came in. They weren't even busy when we came in.

I actually love coming to this Panera; all the staff that work here are super warming & sweet in the morning. I'm not sure how the afternoon/night people are... But that says something with the morning people being awesome! Most people are crappy in the AM cus they're tired of whatever the case may be... But not this location! I stopped going to the Roseville Panera on Gratiot cus they're an absolute nightmare. Keep up the great work, guys. 💞
